We’re seeking a Negotiator to join our busy team and contribute to our continued success.

About the Role

As a Negotiator, you’ll play a key role in facilitating property sales and lettings while delivering exceptional service to clients. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role for someone who thrives in a challenging, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting property viewings and handling client inquiries.
• Negotiating offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to achieve successful outcomes.
• Managing and updating property listings to ensure they attract the right audience.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
• Generating new business through proactive outreach and networking.
• Keeping up to date with local market trends and property values.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in property sales or lettings is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach with a passion for achieving results.
• Knowledge of the East London property market is advantageous.
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
