It has so much light and space, as well as a wider garden than most Warner flats. Side access is really handy for gardening and bike storage. Since we had the loft converted it often feels like living in a house rather than a flat. It's been fantastic living around the corner from Lloyd Park and the William Morris Gallery and we will miss Saturday afternoons spent at the food market. There are lots of great local pubs and restaurants nearby and next year Soho Theatre will bring world-class comedy just a few minutes' walk away. Best of all, Mersey Road has a lovely community feel and we have been lucky to have fantastic neighbours. We will miss living here very much.'
