This is my third experience of renting through Theydons and I have always had an extremely pleasant and smooth experience. All members of staff, Theresa, Louise & Olivia, have always been friendly and responsive but also offer a very professional service, hence why I chosen to stay with them.

We’ve been a tenant with Theydons for a couple of years now and have found everything really professional and friendly. They’re punctual in their comms and quick to get any contractors round when something needs work. They were really flexible with move in/out dates when we needed to leave our last property. Would definitely recommend!

Theydons have been our estate agents for 3 years. A few days before we were supposed to move out we had some complications and Louise and her team were so understanding and helpful. If I ever live in East London I will rent through them!

In such a high-pressure market as what the rental market is today, we found Theydons to be the most responsive to deal with from the very start! They knew exactly what we was looking for in a home and have found us everything that we could possibly want and more for our move down to London! Honestly one of the best estate agents that we have had the pleasure of dealing with! They really did go above and beyond to ensure that our move was as stress-free as it could possibly be!
