Note from Owner: "
We’ve had a wonderful 4 years living in this flat. Having bought in the middle of a lockdown, we weren’t even aware of how much there was to do in the area until we moved in! Although there are great places further afield too, you only really have to go to the end of Pretoria Road, where in one little square you’ve got: yummy coffee and snacks at Unity Cafe (try the cookies!), trinkets and unique gifts at Jo & Kesi, a mean chow mein at Happy Valley, and of course a pint (or three) in the amazing garden at the Heathcote & Star (which was voted one of London’s best pubs!)
We’ve loved how quiet the street is, and how neighbours always say hello. Finally, one of the best parts of the flat is how the sunlight shines through the kitchen in the daytime and then creates a golden hour in the living room in the evening. It has truly been a lovely, peaceful place to live."
